Job seeker responsibilities
Job seekers must provide accurate application information and only upload resumes they own or have permission to use.
Employer responsibilities
Employers must post genuine jobs, use accurate pay and role information, avoid discriminatory wording, and comply with Australian employment laws.
Moderation
Employer accounts and jobs may be reviewed, approved, rejected, paused, removed or suspended if they appear unsafe, misleading, spammy or non-compliant.
Safety rules
Never request upfront payment, bank passwords, tax portal passwords or unnecessary identity documents through a job listing or early application step.
Platform role
The jobs platform helps connect candidates and employers but does not guarantee employment, candidate suitability, employer suitability or offer terms.
Reports and disputes
Users can report suspicious jobs from the job detail page. For account or data concerns, visit the Privacy Policy or contact us.
