After Booking
Here is what students can expect after booking a course with BARISTA TRAINING ACADEMY, including portal setup, ID steps, USI where required, class minimums, and certificate access.
Student Journey
After checkout, your booking confirmation and payment receipt are sent by email. All online payments are processed in AUD.
Logged-in students can open the dashboard straight away. Guest bookings receive account instructions by email after payment.
Add your legal name, date of birth, address, contact details, emergency contact, support needs, and other required student information.
For nationally recognised training, add or confirm your USI and upload identity evidence in the student portal so records can be checked before certification.
Arrive ready for practical training and assessment where applicable. If minimum class numbers are not reached, we will contact booked students with transfer or refund options.
Eligible certificate records are released through the student dashboard after completion, record checks, USI requirements, identity review, and assessment outcome where applicable.
Complete your student profile as soon as possible after booking. Accurate enrolment details help with student support, emergency contact records, USI verification, AVETMISS/NAT reporting, audit requirements, and certificate issue where applicable.
If you need learning support, accessibility assistance, or reasonable adjustment, please contact us before class so the request can be reviewed against training and assessment requirements.
Sessions are planned with small class sizes. If a class does not reach the minimum number of students required to run, we will contact booked students before the class date with suitable options such as transfer to another date or a refund where applicable.
If we need to change a class date, we will use the email attached to your booking or student account.
A Unique Student Identifier is required for nationally recognised training unless a lawful exemption applies. The name and date of birth in your student profile should match your USI and identity evidence.
Need a USI? Use the official Create your USI page.
Nationally recognised training applies only to courses clearly identified as accredited and within RTO scope. Practical skills courses may support confidence and job readiness but are not the same as nationally recognised training.
For accredited training, certificate release depends on complete student records, eligible attendance, USI requirements, identity review, and assessment outcome.
