Terms of Use
Booking and website terms
These terms explain the key conditions for using the website, booking classes, and accessing student records.
Website and account use
Students must provide accurate account, booking, enrolment, and identity information.
You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for contacting us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Guest checkout may be available for course bookings, but students may still need to complete account setup after payment to access student records, profile requirements, bookings, and certificates.
Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed when checkout is completed and the booking is recorded in the student system.
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars and all online payments are processed in AUD unless clearly stated otherwise before checkout.
Prices shown on the website are the student-facing online checkout price unless stated otherwise. Payment processing is built into the listed price and is not added as a separate card surcharge at checkout.
Class availability, dates, and capacity may change. If a booked class cannot proceed, the refund and transfer policy applies.
Course bookings are subject to seat availability, class capacity, successful payment, and the booking being recorded correctly in the student system.
Student responsibilities
Students should arrive on time, participate safely, follow trainer instructions, and complete any required training or assessment activities honestly.
Students completing nationally recognised training must provide accurate USI, identity, and enrolment information before eligible certificate release.
Students should check booking confirmation emails, class reminder emails, and student portal notices for class details and required next steps.
Training outcomes
Nationally recognised outcomes apply only to courses clearly identified as accredited and within RTO scope.
A statement of attainment or certificate is not guaranteed by payment alone. Certificate release depends on enrolment completeness, attendance, identity and USI requirements, and any required assessment outcome.
Non-accredited practical skills courses are designed for training and participation and are not the same as nationally recognised training.
RTO wording, unit codes, and Nationally Recognised Training references must not be interpreted as applying to courses that are not clearly identified as accredited.
Emails and notices
We may send transactional emails about bookings, payments, class reminders, student portal access, certificates, policy updates, and administrative support.
Students are responsible for providing a working email address and checking messages before class.
Content and availability
We aim to keep course information accurate and current, but website content may change as classes, course details, policies, or compliance requirements are updated.
If there is a conflict between a short website summary and a formal RTO policy or lawful requirement, the formal policy or lawful requirement applies.
