Lost, missing, or incorrect certificates
Use this page if your certificate is missing from the student portal, has incorrect details, or needs to be reviewed for replacement.
Information to include
To protect student records, certificate requests need enough information to match the correct enrolment before any replacement or correction is processed.
- Full legal name used at enrolment
- Email used for booking or student account
- Course name and class date if known
- Date of birth for identity matching
- Certificate number if you have it
- A short explanation of what is missing or incorrect
Submit your request
Email the required details or contact us through the student support pathway. Use the same email address attached to your booking if possible.
Admin checks records
We check enrolment, attendance, assessment outcome, USI requirements, identity, and any existing certificate record.
Correction or replacement
If the record is verified, admin can reissue or correct the certificate record where appropriate and confirm the outcome in writing.
Before reissue
Certificate release may depend on complete enrolment information, verified identity, USI requirements, attendance, and assessment outcome. Admin may ask for extra details if the original record is incomplete or does not match.
For nationally recognised training, certificate details must match the verified student record. A replacement cannot be issued where the required enrolment, USI, identity, attendance, or assessment records cannot be confirmed.
Fees and timing
Replacement processing time depends on record checks and whether the original enrolment information is complete. A replacement or administration fee may apply where permitted and will be disclosed before processing.
