Privacy Policy
How Barista Training Jobs handles candidate, employer and application information.
Information we collect
We collect account details, contact details, job preferences, saved jobs, applications, uploaded resumes and job alert preferences so candidates can apply for roles and employers can manage applications.
Resume privacy
Candidate resumes are stored in a private storage bucket. Employers only receive access to a resume when the candidate applies to a job managed by that employer.
Profile visibility
Employers cannot browse private job seeker profiles. Candidates may choose to make their profile visible to approved employers from the job dashboard profile settings.
Email preferences
We use job alert preferences to send matching job emails. Every job alert includes an unsubscribe link and alerts can be paused or deleted in the dashboard.
Deletion requests
Candidates can delete individual resumes, submit a data deletion request, or delete their jobs account from the profile page. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security or dispute-resolution purposes.
