Local Concord cafe hiring reliable hospitality staff for coffee service, customer care and a clean, organised service environment.
- Prepare espresso coffee, milk-based drinks and simple cold beverages to a consistent standard.
- Provide friendly customer service and communicate clearly with front-of-house and kitchen team members.
- Keep the coffee station clean, stocked and organised before, during and after service.
- Support basic cafe tasks when needed, including clearing, running orders and restocking.
- Basic barista experience or recent practical barista training.
- Comfortable with espresso extraction and milk texturing.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work calmly during busy periods.
- Good communication skills and a positive customer-first attitude.
